We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer, focusing on sales support, content strategy, event production and project management. This role is part of the support team that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

The Senior Marketing Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Develop subject matter expertise about key Endeavour brands and their underlying technologies, the industries that they operate within and the sustainability factors that they help to address.
Oversight of marketing strategies.
Management of multiple events internationally (must be open to travel).
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing managers, creative teams, and CMO to define and execute go-to-market communication strategies.
Provide overall project management for brand communication activities.
Oversee content creation to support communication strategies (external and internal comms).
Support sales team in development of proposals, support design team in development of external comms (web, video, print collateral, editorial, merchandise).
Develop social media and traditional media strategies and oversee their execution to reach target audiences.
Research, plan and execute world class events to reach target audience and build strong relationships.

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

5+ years professional experience in Brand Marketing with a focus on technology, sustainability or adjacent industries.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Specific Skills / Abilities

Expert organization and project management skills.
Core competency in communication strategy development with a focus on user experience.
Ability to learn about key technologies and sustainability issues and translate technical information into clear, compelling communications.
Ability to write and edit professional marketing content.
Works well in dynamic collaborative teams.
Self-starter that is comfortable developing new processes, as needed, to maximize team efficiency and impact.
Clear and compelling communicator who is comfortable representing Endeavour brands with external audiences.
