Job Description
Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.
As a DevOps at Endava you will work to improve collaboration and communication between developers and IT proffesionals, with the goal of automating and streamlining the process of software delivery and infrastructure changes.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve and create CI/CD processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based environments in AWS and Azure.
- Experience / exposure in Terraform for IaC to automate deployments.
- Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. (nice to have)
- Maintain any repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
- Apply good communication skills with team and client interaction.
Qualifications
- +3 Years of experience
- Solid, hands-on experience building and managing AWS infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Hands-on experience / exposure with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- knowledge of GitLab, Jenkis, or any CI/CD tool.
- Experience in scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience participating in "project discovery sessions with stakeholders.”
