Job Summary
As a UX Designer, you will be focused on designing and evolving digital products that optimize kitchen operations, inventory management, and location handling for multiple stakeholders. You will work across mobile, large screens, and web platforms, contributing from ideation to post-release improvements, always keeping usability and efficiency at the center of your work.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deeply analyze business problems and user needs to identify pain points and propose user-centered solutions;
- Think strategically about the product experience, connecting the dots between business goals and user needs;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Developers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate ideas quickly;
- Deliver high-fidelity mockups with all necessary states, edge cases, and error handling for smooth implementation;
- Conduct benchmarking of industry patterns, features, and interaction behaviors to maintain product competitiveness;
- Contribute to and maintain the UI kit and design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency;
- Own the design process end-to-end, from ideation to QA and post-release iterations;
- Present your work, articulate your design decisions, and provide clear documentation;
- Manage your time effectively and work proactively to keep projects moving forward.
Essential Skills
- Experience designing end-to-end digital products for web, mobile, and large-screen applications;
- Strong experience in B2B UX for complex operational or internal tools;
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and collaborative design workflows;
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Figma Make, Perplexity, and Vercel to streamline and speed up design work;
- Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI design;
- Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups;
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments;
- Knowledge of food industry operations, kitchens, and inventory management processes is a plus.
