About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Content Marketing Manager to take the lead in shaping our content strategy and driving high-impact storytelling. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end development of content that fuels brand awareness, demand generation, and engagement across the buyer journey, including thought leadership and conversion-ready assets across the buyer lifecycle. You’ll collaborate across teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with all personas in our buying groups, from executive decision-makers to champions managing the day-to-day compliance work to the technical environmental compliance professionals.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Lead the creation of both executive thought leadership and technical content that is high quality and engaging across various formats (blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, podcasts, social media, presentations, awards)
Develop messaging and content-for-digital skills across channels like downloadable reports, blog, email, ad copy, landing pages, social executive briefs, etc., and knows how to use these tools to find the sweet spot between our target accounts' critical business issues and the solutions we provide
Establish editorial guidelines around brand voice and tone, develop and execute quarterly content calendars, and production timelines to ensure consistent publishing
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create compelling content that showcases our value proposition
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to create on their behalf as well as influencing and supporting their own content creation
Work closely with product marketing to accurately represent product positioning, build content to support sales enablement, and deal progression across the customer lifecycle
Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
Manage content activation & distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels
Stay current with content marketing trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
Mentor junior content team members and provide guidance on content creation
Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and other content partners as needed

In transparency, the pay for this position is $105,000-120,000/yr
