• Shift Schedule: AU Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Work Set up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Job Details:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic and UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both visual storytelling and user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing engaging websites, mobile interfaces, marketing assets, and branding materials while ensuring seamless usability and strong visual consistency across all digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design, with expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, stakeholders, and fellow designers to transform ideas into impactful, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create visually compelling websites, mobile interfaces, marketing materials, social media assets, and branding collateral.
• Develop engaging email campaign designs aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Work with Shopify themes and other e-commerce platforms to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Apply and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and variables as part of the standard design process.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback and performance insights.
• Contribute to overall design strategy to improve usability, engagement, accessibility, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, stakeholders, and other designers to deliver high-quality UX-driven solutions.
• Work alongside the Senior Designer while maintaining a collaborative mindset and openness to constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effects
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, components, variables, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of:
• UI/UX principles
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout and composition
• User-centered design methodologies
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify themes and e-commerce design best practices is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or animation is an advantage.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end design limitations is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI/UX projects is highly preferred.
