Label Analyst

In Meru we are building the largest wholesale marketplace in Latin America! We help local SMBs buy wholesale from China with just a few clicks, while in the backend we take care of quality control, customs and logistics. As a tech-enabled company, we have developed a proprietary algorithm that considers all variables across the supply chain to instantly quote products up until the client’s destination and SaaS tools that power both ends of our native platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create the labels for each product contained in POs.
• Request the manuals and for each product contained in POs, if the product needs an assembly.
• Request and ensure the reception of the product information to Sourcing to make the labels.
• Ensure that label product contain the necessary information to be imported according to Mexican regulations.
• Validate the label information with Regulations Department in order to guarantee that label is correct
• Make a report of labels and manuals in process.
• Create a report that contains the record of labels for each product in order to efficiency the labels for future orders.
• Coordinate the payment for supplier manuals.
• Send the correct label to Procurement China in order to product can be labeled during production.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Verbal and written communication skils.
• Knowledge in NOM 004,015,024,020 and 050.
• Knowledge in RGCE, RyCSE and Anexo 2.4.1
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Netsuite or related software.
