Role Overview
This isnt your typical marketing or events role. As our Marketing Coordinator (AUS Market), youll play a key part in driving the success of our events across Australiafrom lead generation to execution and post-event tracking. Youll serve as a vital link between our Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring seamless coordination across campaigns, systems, and client touchpoints.
Youll manage the end-to-end coordination of event marketing, working closely with Sales, Operations, Client Services, and Creative to ensure every detail aligns with our business goals. Your mission? Help deliver world-class live experiences across multiple citieson time, on budget, and filled with the right attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the AUS-based marketing team with campaign execution and event marketing logistics
- Proactively identify and escalate any gaps in marketing performance or integration issues across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, GHL, Zoom, etc.)
- Apply a business-minded approach to ensure marketing tasks are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable results
- Create, update, and maintain event landing pages, GID codes, Zoom to TinyURL translations, and email/SMS reminders
- Schedule and publish new webinars and events monthly in Zoom and Salesforce
- Upload event ROTA for AUS and manage event timelines, reminders, and logistics
- Create and send SMS/Email reminders (via ClickSend, TXTLocal, Mailchimp, and Trengo)
- Extract and maintain daily reports on event registrants, sales, and attendance (Salesforce, WebinarFuel, GoToWebinar, etc.)
- Generate and manage reports on sales performance, supplier metrics, and lead tracking
- Coordinate with the Social Media team and design simple Canva layouts for backend support
- Assist in the creation and sending of automated email journeys, confirmation emails, and SMS sequences
- Perform data validation, manage duplicates, and ensure data hygiene across all systems
- Work with Sales and Operations to ensure client records, lead updates, and campaign performance are tracked properly
- Manage and track contact updates, event attendance, and sales KPIs
- Support cross-department communication and ensure marketing alignment with business needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, supporting events or campaign delivery
- Strong experience with Salesforce & Go High Level (GHL) is required
- Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, WebinarFuel, GoToWebinar, ClickSend, Mailchimp, TinyURL, Canva, Trengo, TXTLocal, NapoleonCat, Vimeo
- Advanced Excel/data reporting and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently while coordinating across global teams
- Availability to work on weekends and Philippine public holidays, as needed
