Role Responsibilities:
-Bring relationships and referral sources with you who and quantify the possible volume generated.
- Lead business development efforts targeting Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and post-acute networks
- Conduct a minimum of 40 business development visits/or ZOOM monthly
- Generate new facility and provider partnerships focused on delivering best-in-class clinical solutions
- Collaborate with discharge planners, admissions coordinators, administrators, and nursing leaders
- Manage CRM with daily activity logs, forecasts, and pipeline tracking
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful sales or marketing leadership experience in skilled nursing, senior living, or healthcare
A willingness to treat this like your own franchise and hope this is your last career move...due to the being the right model, and experience in winning.
- History of hitting and exceeding territory growth or census development targets
- Ability to independently manage territory and schedule
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission, Stock options.
- Realistic Total Earnings Target (OTE): $140,000–$350,000+

This is a home-based, field-active position.
You will manage your territory from a home office, planning account development, prospecting, and relationship-building activities as needed to achieve goals.
