Part Time Technical Interviewer:

• Need 10+ years of experience.

• Job Title: (Part Time) Technical Interviewer- Multiple Skills

• Work location will be remote from India.

• Candidate should be ready to work from 7 PM IST to 12 -1AM IST (Candidate can share the availability as per his/her convenient time).

• Technical interviewer required from the technologies such as for Java SDET , DevOps, Salesforce, Pega , Dot Net , QA etc.

Interview Details:

• This will be two-way video recorded interviews.
• Interviewer’s camera should be on.
• Candidates will be screening the candidate who are sitting in USA.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled technical interviewer to join our team. As a technical interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with technical job seekers based in the USA. Your primary goal will be to assess their technical skills and experience to determine if they are a good fit for the given role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews with job seekers based in the USA.
• The Interview Panel Members will be involved in the screening (video conference) interviews and will provide the feedback.
• The panel members will also provide feedback on the interviews to the hiring supervisor.
• Evaluate their technical skills and experience to determine if they meet our requirements.
• Provide detailed feedback to the hiring team on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to identify areas of improvement in our interview process.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 10+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineer, Java, .Net, Ab-initio, Frontend/Angular/React, iOS/Android, Big data/Hadoop/Data Engineer, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) Developer/Architect, DevOps, ETL/Informatica, BA/PM/Scrum, Pega, Python/Django. Golang, Salesforce, SAP, UI/UX, AI/ML, Data Scientist, QA/SDET, Support roles, etc.).
• Strong experience of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
