This role
As our Marketo Lead Funnel Analyst, you'll collaborate with the Operations team to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure seamless data flow through our Marketo platform into our CRM systems, empowering our sales team with high-quality leads.
This will include
- Building, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and funnels in Marketo to drive lead generation and nurturing.
- Auditing campaign trigger setups to ensure accurate lead routing and MQL status
- Performing data cleansing and enrichment to maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Proactively resolving incomplete data records to ensure comprehensive and actionable lead information.
- Managing and segmenting purchased lists and data sets to support targeted global marketing initiatives.
Who you are
To thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you'll also bring
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Marketo campaign operations, including building and managing marketing funnels.
- Proficiency in organizing and segmenting large, complex data sets into actionable lead lists.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Marketo and Salesforce (Salesforce experience a plus).
- A proactive, hardworking mindset with a drive to support team success.
- Ability to identify key decision-making contacts and understand relevant marketing data.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
