Employers AI is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute our inbound marketing engine. This isn't just a strategy role; we need a builder and doer who can create compelling content, run campaigns, and drive measurable growth. You'll be a pivotal member of the early team, enjoying significant autonomy, impact, and meaningful equity as you work closely with the founders to implement our growth strategy while having full ownership of the marketing function—building it from the ground up.
What you'll do:
- Own and execute our inbound marketing strategy (content, SEO, paid, community)
- Build scalable content engines that drive organic traffic and conversions
- Create compelling marketing assets, landing pages, and campaigns
- Run experiments across channels to find effective strategies for our $100-$800/month price point
- Build & nurture sequences and marketing automation
- Own our brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Run outbound with direct outreach (GTM)
- Track, measure, and optimize every channel for growth
Who you are:
- 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, ideally at PLG or SMB-focused SaaS companies
- Strong content creation skills; capable of writing, designing, and shipping without waiting for approvals
- Experience driving growth for products in the $100-$1000 ACV range
- Deep understanding of SEO, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization
- Comfortable being both strategic and tactical - able to build the plane while flying it
- Self-starter who thrives in early-stage chaos and loves moving fast
- Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or AI products is a big bonus
