About The Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Marketing Web Developer with a strong blend of technical skills, UX sensibility, and creative vision to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead development efforts across our brand websites (Employ, Lever, Jobvite, JazzHR), marketplace and microsites—working cross-functionally to deliver high-performing, accessible, and visually engaging web experiences that support our marketing, sales, and product goals.

You’ll have ownership of front-end development, design implementation, CMS management, and performance optimization—while also helping to shape the user journey and continuously improve conversion across our digital properties.

What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day management and technical development of our websites (brand and microsites).
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and modern web pages using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Manage and customize WordPress environments, plugins, and content workflows.
• Collaborate with marketers and designers to bring new campaigns, landing pages, and web experiences to life.
• Translate UX and design concepts into pixel-perfect, conversion-optimized web pages.
• Support A/B testing and user behavior testing to improve site performance and lead generation.
• Oversee and troubleshoot integrations with key martech tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Lead QA and manage staging/production workflows to ensure clean rollouts and version control.
• Monitor traffic trends and analytics; provide regular insights and recommendations to drive growth.

What You Bring

• 6-7+ years of hands-on web development experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including jQuery), and PHP.
• Strong experience with WordPress development and backend configuration.
• A user-first mindset with a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with AJAX, JSON, XML, and DOM for dynamic content and integrations.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform testing and mobile responsiveness.
• Experience using version control (e.g., Git) and working in staging/production environments.
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD, working knowledge of Pantheon, and an eye for visual design.
• Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable working across teams and explaining technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• You’re a creative problem-solver, detail-oriented, and energized by building beautiful, functional web experiences.
