The Employ marketing team is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute partner marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you will own partner activation and engagement for the organization. This includes the creation and management of partner enablement assets, overseeing partner marketplace strategies, and collaborating across marketing and partner teams to deliver impactful touch points across the partner lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing, is proficient proficiency in tools like Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and Asana, and has a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes through strategic partner collaboration. This role reports into the VP of SMB Demand Generation and Partner Marketing and will primarily support our SMB segment.
What You Will Do
Partner Activation and Engagement:
- Create and manage recurring touch points across the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing engagement, and operational updates
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics to continuously optimize efforts and deliver ROI.
Enablement Asset Strategy & Development
- In partnership with product marketing and sales enablement, lead the creation, optimization, and maintenance of partner enablement assets; such as resource centers, playbooks, and presentations to empower partners and support sales efforts.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with partner and organizational priorities and are designed to drive engagement and success.
Partner Marketplace Leadership
- Own the company’s presence on internal and external partner marketplaces, managing listings, positioning, and campaigns to maximize visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and implement new opportunities for growth within marketplaces.
- Ensure attribution tracking is accurate across third party marketplace listings
Revenue & Growth Focus
- Support reseller program to drive recurring revenue for the organization by educating partner sales reps and working closely with product marketing
- Drive referrals and pipeline through Employ’s channel partner program
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Own the partner marketing calendar for the organization
- Partner with demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to integrate partner marketing strategies into broader marketing plans.
Performance Metrics
- Partner referred leads (MQLs)

- Marketplace engagement metrics

What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role within a B2B organization.
- SaaS experience preferred; experience in HR Tech a plus
- Demonstrated success in managing co-marketing campaigns, developing enablement materials, and driving measurable outcomes with partners.
- Proven experience driving pipeline
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) for campaign execution, lead management, and performance reporting.
- Skilled in project management tools such as Asana to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing activities.
Soft Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, channels, and marketplaces.
- Experience managing budgets and partner co-investment programs is a plus.
