Senior UI/UX Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer – Beverwijk, Netherlands – Hybrid/Remote

Empiric are supporting a leading organisation in the Netherlands on a requirement for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role requires someone who combines strong visual/UI design capability with high-level UX and customer-facing experience. You’ll work closely with customers, users and stakeholders to understand requirements, shape user journeys and translate complex needs into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a large enterprise organisation, facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on across UI design, prototyping and UX.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong professional experience across UI and UX Design.
• Proven experience working within large-scale / enterprise organisations.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, Axure or similar design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing and user interviews.
• Customer journey mapping and user-flow design.
• Comfortable running workshops and design sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.
