Principal Software/DevOps Engineer - Agentic AI (Codex AI)

Job Type: 6-month initial contract

Rate: $100 - $140 per hour

Our client is at the forefront of AI innovation, specializing in developing agentic AI solutions. We are looking for a talented Principal Software/DevOps Engineer to join our client's team and contribute to their cutting-edge Codex AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications leveraging Codex AI for generating code and automating workflows.
• Infrastructure Management: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration of AI models.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and AI researchers to integrate Codex AI capabilities into existing systems and applications.
• Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software solutions, processes, and DevOps practices.
• Security: Ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong of experience in software development and DevOps practices.
• Experience with agentic AI, specifically Codex AI or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and model deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.
