This role will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our outbound CRM communications and play a key role in enhancing the customer journey.

Responsibilities:
- Own the CRM strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Design/execute lifecycle marketing programs with the goal of driving engagement and customer retention.
- Develop audience segmentation/targeting strategies to personalize messages and offers across channels.
- Oversee all aspects of campaign execution from planning to tracking.
- Build a robust learn-and-test roadmap using key customer data/insights.
- Work closely with marketing and customer service to align CRM with overall business goals.
- Ensure CRM tools and vendors are delivering at full potential.
- Maintain legal/regulatory compliance guidelines for marketing communications (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 6+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record across email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Marketo, SendGrid, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or others.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, dynamic content, and personalized messaging.
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong copywriting or creative review skills a plus.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or home service businesses is preferred.
Salary Range
$135k to $160k plus bonus
