About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, AI-savvy Project Coordinator & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis (4 months), with the possibility of renewal depending on project needs.
This is a mixed role combining project coordination and digital marketing management. You will be responsible for keeping multiple projects on track—especially those involving developers and cross-functional teams—while also managing and optimizing our digital presence through both organic, SEO, and paid campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate and track progress of multiple digital and AI projects
- Act as a central point of contact between internal teams (including developers, design, marketing, etc.), and between our management and external clients
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities across stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports, follow-ups, and action lists
- Create and document AI project specifications for developers, then closely monitor development and implementation.
- Manage the testing of the newly launched AI agents and automations to make sure they are in line with clients predefined requirements
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and optimize both organic and paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube)
- Coordinate closely with the graphic designer to ensure compelling creatives are delivered on time
- Personally develop and refine visual content for paid campaigns using the latest AI design tools (e.g., Lovart, Canva AI, others)
- Coordinate scheduling, publishing, and reporting on content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Draft, refine, and test ad copy, visuals, and campaign assets to maximize impact
- Leverage AI tools to generate ideas, improve campaign efficiency, and track performance
Main Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project coordination—ideally managing design and developers teams
- Solid experience with digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads management (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Experience supporting leadership or cross-departmental coordination
- Familiarity with SEO management in a plus
- Experience with social media management and digital content workflows
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, passionate and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with a cool head
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and keep momentum moving
- Strong knowledge of AI productivity tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovart AI, Canva AI, etc.
