The Opportunity

As a Freelance SEO Specialist supporting our work at Empire Amplify, you’ll lead smart, effective SEO strategies that deliver real business growth for our clients. You’ll work closely with a high-performing performance marketing team where speed, precision, and clarity matter.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to cut through the noise, prioritise what moves the needle, and back it up with data. You’ll collaborate with a global network of digital minds and contribute to projects that make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, rankings, and conversions
Conduct in-depth on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimisations
Collaborate with content, SEM, and account teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns
Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into clear, client-facing reports
Stay sharp - share knowledge and keep up with algorithm updates and industry trends

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in SEO (agency or performance-driven environment preferred)
Availability to be able to commit to up to 2-3 full days a week
Strong technical SEO capabilities and a strategic, commercial mindset
Confident communicator who can clearly explain SEO impact and prioritise high-value actions
(Bonus) Coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript - not essential but advantageous
Results-driven attitude - you don’t optimise for rankings; you optimise for outcomes
