_About Emora Health
We are a provider of virtual behavioral therapy for the 27 million youth in need of care. Our platform connects families with specialized therapists to provide care for children, teens and young adults with a range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other personal challenges and experiences.
75% of mental health symptoms appear by age 24, yet less than 50% are able to access care. We are on a mission to help those children, teens and young adults learn new behaviors and healthy coping strategies to reach life-changing milestones faster and build life-long skills and resilience for a brighter future.
About The Role
We’re looking for a data-obsessed, KPI-oriented Founding Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of Emora Health’s marketing strategy and execution. You’ll build and scale high-impact growth initiatives, optimize across channels, and make sure our value proposition resonates clearly with the families, clinicians, and partners we serve.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role perfect for someone who’s a self-starter, moves quickly, iterates fast, and thrives on results.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute a full-funnel growth marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and client onboarding
Own marketing KPIs and constantly optimize for performance across key growth channels
Develop compelling messaging that communicates our value across audiences (families, providers, referring partners)
Build out reporting dashboards, run growth experiments, and share insights across the team
Partner closely with Product, Clinical, and Ops to ensure alignment between our service, brand, and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally at a high-growth startup or in a founding marketing role
Proven track record of owning KPIs and growing key metrics
Deep understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and analytics
Exceptional communicator and storyteller—able to distill complex services into clear, compelling messaging
Bias for action: you move quickly, experiment often, and optimize constantly
Mission-aligned: passionate about improving care for families and children
Nice to Have
Experience marketing in healthcare (or regulated industries), to parents/families
Comfort with no-code tools and light design work (Canva, Figma, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation
