We’re looking for a battle-tested Director of Marketing to join our retention marketing agency and take full ownership of client results across email & SMS. This isn’t a junior gig. We want someone who has either:
Scaled marketing programs at a 7–9 figure e-commerce brand, or led strategy and execution inside an agency working with DTC brands.
Your mission:
You'll work hand-in-hand with the founders of the agency, and you’ll own every outcome related to retention, campaign strategy, and email/SMS revenue for our clients.
