Responsibilities and more:

We are hiring a Web Designer & SEO Specialist to design, build, and optimize websites primarily in Webflow, with a strong focus on SEO performance and basic backend/technical fluency. You will own the full lifecycle of website projects — from design and build to on-page SEO and technical optimization — ensuring sites are fast, well-structured, and search-friendly. Experience with Airtable and Zapier is a strong plus, as this role may occasionally support broader workflow/automation needs alongside core design and SEO work.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and building responsive, conversion-focused websites in Webflow.

- Implementing on-page SEO best practices (site structure, metadata, page speed, schema markup, etc.).

- Basic backend/technical work — form integrations, third-party embeds, and troubleshooting site functionality.

- Auditing and improving existing websites for SEO performance and technical health.

- Collaborating on content structure and site architecture to support organic search goals.

- Occasional support with Airtable/Zapier-based workflows connected to web projects (forms, lead capture, integrations).

Qualifications:

- Strong, demonstrated experience designing and building in Webflow.

- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals — technical SEO, on-page optimization, and performance best practices.

- Basic backend/technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, integrations, troubleshooting site issues beyond pure design).

- Airtable and Zapier experience is a strong plus.

- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
