The Product Marketing Manager connects product strategy with market needs to ensure effective positioning, differentiation, and global adoption of products and features. This role leads go-to-market efforts, defines value propositions, and ensures customer insights inform product decisions. It works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive consistent product narratives and support global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation aligned to global market needs.
Lead go-to-market planning for new features and product releases.
Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
Align marketing campaigns with product strategy and learner impact.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product evolution.
Support acquisition and retention strategies using product and user data.
Develop enablement materials for Marketing, Sales, and regional teams.
Monitor post-launch adoption to refine messaging and positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market roles (SaaS/EdTech preferred).
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience using data and user insights to shape product messaging and strategy.
Proven success in global launch planning and execution.
Ability to simplify technical or pedagogical concepts into market-ready messaging.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset; experience with PowerBI, Tableau, GA, or similar tools.
Advanced English communication skills (C1).
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Product Management; postgraduate studies a plus.
