About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our engineering organization and drive the technical vision for innovative Blockchain, Web3, AI, and cloud-based products.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience building and scaling engineering organizations.
• Strong background in Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, Smart Contracts, Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solidity.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, APIs, and modern software architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
