Embarc Advisors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Growth Marketing Director to lead our marketing function with a strong emphasis on lead development, eMarketing campaign management, and HubSpot strategy. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust marketing pipeline, creating and optimizing campaigns, and ensuring our HubSpot software is fully leveraged to generate measurable business outcomes.
This position is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a growth-oriented environment, values collaboration with sales and leadership teams, and can deliver creative and data-driven solutions on a part-time basis (30 hours per week, with some flexibility on determining the fixed schedule).
