We’re seeking a creative and strategic Email Marketing Assistant Manager to help drive our campaign success! You’ll lead the way on campaign planning, messaging, and performance while collaborating with awesome cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.). What You’ll Do:

Support the overall direction of email and SMS campaigns, making sure messaging and goals are aligned across teams
Write and manage 60+ email briefs per month across two brands ✍️
Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and sales to plan and execute campaigns together
Contribute creative feedback on copy and design during campaign planning
Assist with A/B testing to help optimize messaging and performance
Build and maintain detailed marketing calendars to schedule campaigns effectively 🗓️
Ensure all customer-facing emails and texts go out polished and error-free via the QA process
Work with the Email Marketing Manager to identify retention gaps and develop strategies to boost repeat purchases, customer LTV, and brand love 💡
Support email flows, automation, weekly sends, and acquisition + retention projects
Share insights, performance feedback, and ideas with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams
Help grow traffic and revenue through smarter email strategies
Report on KPIs and campaign results 📊

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

5+ years of experience in email marketing for a fast-growing e-commerce/D2C brand
Solid background in email + SMS copywriting ✍️
Familiar with AI copywriting tools
Hands-on with email marketing platforms
Experience with mobile and SMS marketing (mobile-first mindset is a must!)
Comfortable with A/B testing, multivariate emails, and segmentation for B2C
Love for writing all kinds of copy — subject lines, CTAs, brand messaging
Self-starter who also plays well with a team 💪
Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Must Haves:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, including at least 2 years focused on direct-to-consumer (D2C) campaigns.
Experience with tools like Attentive, Braze, Mailchimp, Sendlane, ActiveCampaign, and Omnisend — Klaviyo is a plus
Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Passion for email marketing, even if you have a broader digital marketing background
