Be part of our client’s team as a Production Graphic Designer, where you’ll craft visually stunning designs for retail and e-commerce products. You’ll collaborate with creative minds to transform ideas into tangible visuals while sharpening your expertise in the global design landscape.

Shift: Night Shift (Training - 9:00 AM EST; Production - 6:00 AM EST)

The Qualifications We Seek

Must-Haves

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
• 1–3 years of industry experience in production graphic design (this is a MUST), including proofing, factory files, product development, and pattern design.
• Proven proficiency as a graphic designer or production artist, supported by a comprehensive portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Advanced knowledge of print production processes, including offset and flexographic printing methods.
• Strong layout design skills, with experience producing multiple printed catalogs annually.
• A keen eye for surface design, including creating repeating patterns, original illustrations, and applying color theory effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience in web design, UI/UX, or creating social media collateral to support digital initiatives.

Your Daily Tasks

• Create and edit production-ready art files for manufacturing partners to produce paper plates, napkins, and packaging.
• Design die lines and templates for packaging cards, boxes, and counter display units as needed.
• Develop surface designs for paper plates and napkin products.
• Plan and support trade show booths from a graphic design perspective, including:
• Creating print-ready art files and imagery for trade show displays and sales collateral.
• Producing inventory and sell sheets.
• Assisting with technical and administrative tasks related to booth planning.
• Collaborate on the creation of catalogs and related sales collateral by:
• Organizing images.
• Directing overall layout design.
• Proofing SKUs and product details.
• Edit product and lifestyle photography to meet print and web requirements.
• Organize and manage the photo library, ensuring efficient handling of image requests from sales and customer service teams.
• Assist with image management, including maintaining a well-organized photo library for seamless access and utilization.
