Be part of our client’s team as an Operations and Marketing Administrator, where your expertise will support global startup growth. You’ll manage key communications, organize financial records, coordinate content across platforms, and maintain reporting systems. The Qualifications We Seek

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in administrative, operations, or business support roles
• Video editing experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Airtable, LinkedIn, financial tracking tools, and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Initiative to identify process improvements and act independently

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the company inbox and LinkedIn account; respond to key messages and compile weekly team updates.
• Track and record expenses, manage monthly uncategorized reports, and handle recurring business payments.
• Support business entity filings, annual reports, and compliance documentation with state agencies.
• Create, publish, and manage blogs, podcasts, and marketing content across platforms.
• Collect and report weekly analytics on marketing, talent, website, and podcast performance.
• Maintain email groups, update Airtable databases, and assist with scraping tools and research tasks.
