As an Offshore Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract potential clients, and boost engagement. The Qualifications We Seek

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably with a focus on B2B or financial services.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising across social platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to produce compelling written content.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong creative thinking, with a focus on detail and performance-driven results.

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation for financial services.
• Manage and expand social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating engaging and relevant content.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
• Produce marketing content such as blog posts, videos, case studies, and promotional materials to support business goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Oversee website management, ensuring it is SEO-optimized, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Stay informed of industry trends and bring innovative digital marketing ideas and tools to the table.
