Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in building and scaling paid marketing campaigns across search, social, and display platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective user acquisition across web and mobile.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 4–5+ years in paid search, social, display, or video marketing.
• Proven campaign ownership from strategy through post-campaign analysis.
• Deep knowledge of platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, etc.
• Strong command of performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn, etc.
• Familiar with marketing tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA, Excel (pivot/formulas).
• Self-driven and thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven settings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with platforms like Asana and collaboration tools is a plus.

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead paid search, social, shopping, display, and video campaigns end-to-end.
• Develop user acquisition strategies via paid media and app store optimization (ASO).
• Scale paid media initiatives with regional and platform-specific leads.
• Manage Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
• Collaborate on daily/weekly/monthly reporting and enhance marketing analytics.
• Optimize campaigns using copy testing, budget allocation, keyword analysis, etc.
• Oversee product feed marketing efforts (e.g., Google Shopping, Facebook DPA).
• Work with creatives and influencer teams to align assets and messaging.
• Drive CPA targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Maintain vendor and agency relationships.
• Keep certifications up to date (e.g., Google Ads).
