As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll craft powerful content across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage website and social media updates, and contribute to marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive brand growth.

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST overlap (flexible start times), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or related roles
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of grammar and tone
• Familiarity with Squarespace or other website CMS tools
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design platforms
• Understanding of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native scheduling)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with basic SEO principles and analytics platforms
• Comfort working in collaborative environments and meeting deadlines
• Interest in technology, audio products, or education/BPO markets is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

Content Creation & Writing:

• Write clear, engaging copy for web pages, product listings, social media, email campaigns, and sales collateral
• Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Collaborate with team members to turn technical or product information into customer-friendly language

Website Management:

• Maintain and update the company website (Squarespace platform-no custom coding required)
• Refresh content, upload assets, and ensure an excellent user experience across devices
• Monitor analytics to identify opportunities for content improvement

Social Media:

• Plan, write, and schedule posts across company social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Assist with community engagement and monitor performance metrics

Graphic Design & Visual Content:

• Create and edit basic graphics for digital and print using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Support brand consistency by following established visual guidelines

Marketing Support:

• Assist with event, trade show, and product launch communications
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal departments as needed
• Maintain organized content libraries, image banks, and marketing project trackers
