As a Marketing and Product Assistant, you'll support campaign execution, content scheduling, data management, and reporting. You'll be the organizational engine behind marketing events and cross-functional projects-ensuring everything runs seamlessly while contributing directly to the company's global growth.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or product support role (internships count)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exposure to tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or social media platforms is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and webinars, including logistics, invites, and content preparation
- Help update and maintain marketing materials, content calendars, shared documentation, and processes
- Support website updates and social media scheduling
- Maintain CRM data and performance tracking dashboards
- Assist with reporting, competitor research, and campaign coordination
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and invoices as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects running smoothly
