Ideal Candidate

A detail-oriented creative professional who combines strong visual instincts with strategic thinking. You thrive in collaborative environments, translate complex ideas into engaging visuals, and maintain brand consistency while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Strong aesthetic sense with mastery of color, typography, and layout
• High attention to visual detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, or finance industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Experience using Figma and ClickUp is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing completed design projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Design projects from concept to final delivery across marketing channels
• Create original visual assets including illustrations and infographics
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to meet deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry developments
• Support additional creative and design-related tasks as needed
