Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you'll craft striking visuals across digital and print-from branding and e-commerce content to product packaging and social media imagery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure every design captures attention, strengthens brand identity, and meets creative excellence.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract

Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Colombian Time (Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with CorelDRAW (nice to have)
• Must have working knowledge of systems: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Monday.com
• Working knowledge of Lightroom, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge for image management and retouching
• Familiarity with video and motion tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience using Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD for layout and digital asset design
• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar) is a plus
• Solid understanding of print production standards (CMYK, color profiles, dielines, bleeds, and file formats)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and techniques
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings

Design & Branding

• Develop high-impact designs for digital and print campaigns
• Ensure all materials align with brand identity and tone

Photography & Visual Production

• Capture, retouch, and manage product imagery for e-commerce and marketing use

Multimedia & Digital Content

• Create engaging visuals for web, social media, and promotional materials

File Preparation & Print Production

• Prepare files for press and digital use following professional print standards

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to execute cohesive creative projects
