Your Role in the Spotlight
Be part of our client's team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and take charge of running high-performing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, SEM, and website platforms. You'll collaborate with international teams, analyze performance data, and deliver results that elevate global brand presence.

What You'll Bring to the Team
- 3-6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in AdTech or B2B tech
- Proven ability to run successful digital campaigns and manage projects end-to-end
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn thought leadership and community engagement
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM tools and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS, basic design elements, and ability to make edits and updates
- Experience with A/B testing and use of analytics tools beyond GA (e.g., heat maps)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Track record of implementing efficient processes or workflows in a marketing context
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams (PMM, Comms, Content, Design) and present to stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting marketing data and translating insights into strategy improvements
Additional Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong background in tracking and analyzing digital marketing KPIs to inform campaign adjustments
- Experience in leading or supporting B2B marketing campaigns on LinkedIn (organic and paid)
How You'll Make an Impact
Email Marketing
- Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, events)
- Coordinate with Events, Content, and Product Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery
- Own scheduling, testing, segmentation, and performance tracking to optimize engagement and conversion
Social Media Management
- Manage the day-to-day execution of social media activities, primarily on LinkedIn (organic and paid)
- Coordinate with Comms, Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts
- Track performance and support optimization to align with campaign goals and brand messaging
SEO/SEM Optimization
- Optimize the company's website and content for search engines (SEO) with the Content team
- Manage paid search and online advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive qualified traffic and conversions
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all digital channels (website analytics, social media metrics, email statistics, etc.)
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital marketing and operations
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments
- Support the creation of a measurement framework to track success in events, content, website performance, and B2C initiatives
Webflow Website Management
- Manage the company website on Webflow in collaboration with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and external partners
- Maintain site quality and performance
- Oversee website requests by assessing feasibility, defining scope, and allocating resources to align with company goals
Operations & Workflow
- Establish scalable processes and collaborative workflows across digital channels
- Ensure efficient execution, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement of digital marketing operations
