Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will manage campaign tracking, optimize landing pages, and deliver data-driven insights that boost performance. By leveraging your skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, GA4, and CRO platforms, you will play a key role in driving measurable growth and supporting global marketing initiatives.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • English level: C1 (Non-negotiable)
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or CRO
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and GA4
  • Proficiency with landing page/CRO platforms (Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SEO keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills a plus (for landing page edits)
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel/Sheets and reporting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to "wear many hats"

  • Being the go-to person for ad performance, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization

Your Daily Tasks

Campaign Tracking & Performance

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms as assigned
  • Implement and manage tracking infrastructure within social channels (pixels, UTMs, GTM, GA4)
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership
  • Proactively identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve ROI

Landing Page Optimization & CRO

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages using Webflow, Unbounce, or similar
  • Execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve page performance
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify conversion roadblocks
  • Partner with creative and content teams to test headlines, CTAs, layouts, and visuals
  • Manage tagging, tracking, and integrations for accurate conversion measurement

SEO & Keyword Strategy

  • Conduct SEO, GEO, and AEO keyword research to support paid and organic visibility
  • Collaborate with content teams to apply findings in web copy, blogs, and landing pages

Marketing Technology & Platform Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across ad platforms, GA, GTM, and CRM systems
  • Support website updates and content publishing (CMS experience a plus)
  • Assist in QA/testing for site releases and campaign launches

Broader Marketing Support

  • Contribute to the measurement of social media campaigns and conversion monitoring
  • Support email marketing campaigns with segmentation, testing, and reporting
  • Conduct competitive research and share insights on digital marketing best practices
  • Help keep project management systems and calendars up to date

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Assist with marketing initiatives across the team, from ad builds to data pulls
  • Stay current on industry trends and recommend innovative digital strategies
