Be part of our client’s team as a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, where you will drive online growth, spearhead data-driven campaigns, and optimize digital marketing strategies. You’ll manage a talented marketing team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and craft compelling marketing campaigns that bring the best camera gear to photographers worldwide.

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift; Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM PHT (with a 30-minute break), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in digital and social marketing best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Strong creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and developing engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for better conversion.
• Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Expertise in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Excellent skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and networking abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and manage the marketing and promotional calendar, including sales promotions, events, partnerships, social media campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
• Engage with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to gain support for promotional efforts.
• Lead and oversee the marketing team, including graphic designers and website administrators, to execute campaigns effectively.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
• Track and manage budgets and revenue for each campaign.
• Prepare comprehensive marketing reports using data analysis tools to measure success and inform strategy.
