Job Description

As a Designer / Creative Manager, you'll execute and evolve brand identity across multiple platforms-designing everything from packaging to digital ads, social content, and retail experiences. You'll also ensure consistency, collaborate across teams, and deliver impactful creative that brings the brand to life.

Job Overview

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Colombian Time), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• 4-8+ years of design experience, ideally within CPG/food & beverage brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand application across omnichannel CPG (retail, DTC, Amazon, OOH, digital, packaging).
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (motion/photography skills a plus).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Proven experience managing and applying brand systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while juggling priorities.

Your Daily Tasks

Brand Stewardship

• Apply and uphold Brami's existing brand book across all design work.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, retail, and experiential channels.
• Extend and adapt guidelines when new use cases arise without diluting identity.

Design Execution

• Design daily creative assets: emails, social content, web graphics, digital ads, sell sheets, and event collateral.
• Create packaging concepts, dielines, and retail mockups.
• Design lifestyle extensions (swag, merchandise, gifting kits).
• Optimize assets for each platform's best practices and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality creative.
• Collaborate with agencies and freelance partners for large campaigns or specialized design needs.

Creative Evolution

• Identify opportunities to expand design language into new mediums and channels.
• Stay updated on design and CPG trends to inspire fresh approaches.
• Elevate brand storytelling visually, ensuring a modern and distinctive identity.
