As a Creative Marketing Designer, you will craft compelling marketing materials for U.S. and Spanish-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency. Collaborating with diverse teams, you’ll transform ideas into impactful designs, manage multiple client requests, and meet deadlines. Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST | Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Proven experience in graphic design.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
• Confident personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in client management and diagnostic processes.

Your Daily Tasks

• Create, translate, and format marketing materials tailored for the Spanish-speaking team and market.
• Collaborate with U.S. and Spanish-speaking mortgage bankers to provide materials that support their efforts effectively.
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Work with team members and clients to transform ideas into innovative, tangible marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Proactively gather marketing requirements from clients to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client requests, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
• Translate and adapt marketing campaigns into Spanish, refining content and design for cultural and linguistic alignment.
• Support the broader marketing team with additional design and creative initiatives as needed.
• Generate fresh, engaging designs that align with client and business objectives.
