Role Description
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join our team with prior Klaviyo agency experience working with 8-9 figure brands. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will lead retention strategy and execution across client accounts. You’ll be responsible for building campaign calendars, analyzing Klaviyo data, reviewing reports and A/B tests, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do — we need a proactive leader who can confidently manage 6–7 clients, lead designers and copywriters, and provide clear direction to ensure client success. You’ll also be expected to communicate directly with clients, present strategies, and be highly responsive on Slack.
