Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead user-centred design activities across digital initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating discovery and design activities while collaborating with engineering teams to deliver intuitive, user-focused solutions.
- UX and UI design
- Liaise with engineers
- Workshops and discovery sessions
- Miro, Figma, Teams and simple automation processes through Co-Pilot agents
- Senior leadership/ experience level - completed domain with challenging stakeholder conversations
- Innovation & AI-driven product design – Proven experience designing and launching AI-powered products, services, or customer experiences. Able to identify opportunities where AI creates meaningful customer and business value, rapidly prototype concepts, and validate them through experimentation and user research.
- Strategic UX & systems thinking – Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, frame opportunities, and design end-to-end experiences across digital, physical, and service touchpoints. Connects customer needs, business goals, technology capabilities, and brand experience into scalable solutions.
- Customer insight to execution – Deep expertise in user research, concept development, prototyping, and testing. Comfortable moving from discovery and future vision work to detailed interaction design and delivery with product and engineering teams.
- Influence & cross-functional leadership – Exceptional facilitator and storyteller who can align senior stakeholders, product, engineering, data science, and business teams around a shared vision and drive innovation from concept to implementation.
- Relevant background – Experience from leading consumer technology, retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or innovation-focused organizations such as H&M, IKEA, Spotify, Klarna, Zalando, LEGO, Nike, Adidas, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Airbnb.
- Candidates should demonstrate a track record of creating new products, services, or customer experiences—not only optimizing existing ones.
