eMagine Solutions is acting as the exclusive recruitment partner on this search. We are representing a luxury consumer goods business with ambitious growth plans, and we’re looking for a senior marketer who understands the difference between “marketing activity” and brand-building that converts.

This role is for a commercially-minded brand leader who can set strategy, lead execution, and raise the standard across brand, digital, communications, partnerships, and launches—ensuring every touchpoint feels premium, consistent, and performance-driven.

The role

As Head of Marketing, you will:

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, digital, PR/communications, partnerships, and campaign planning
• Lead brand positioning and storytelling, ensuring consistency across every channel and customer touchpoint
• Drive the marketing calendar: product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, events, influencer activity, and key retail/e-commerce moments
• Oversee digital and performance marketing direction (in-house and/or agency), balancing luxury brand equity with commercial outcomes (ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention)
• Partner closely with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Product teams to align marketing with revenue goals and customer experience
• Manage budgets, agencies, suppliers, and internal resources; set KPIs, reporting, and governance
• Use insight, data, and market intelligence to continuously improve campaign performance without compromising the luxury standard

Requirements (must-have)

To be considered, you must have:

• Proven senior marketing experience within luxury consumer goods (e.g., beauty, fragrance, fashion, accessories, premium FMCG or similar)
• Strong capability in brand building and premium positioning, with a clear understanding of luxury customer behaviour
• A commercial mindset—able to connect marketing to growth, sell-through, and revenue outcomes
• Experience managing agencies and partners (creative, media, PR, social, influencers) and leading senior stakeholders
• Dubai/UAE-based (or willing to relocate). GCC market experience is a strong advantage

Package

• Salary up to AED 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Dubai-based role with senior visibility and genuine ownership
