Senior UX Designer

The Digital & team consists of nearly 400 members. We are responsible for IT projects for both Polish and international clients. Our tasks are diverse, ranging from design, building, and implementation to developing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems, defining business requirements, supporting testing, and creating mobile applications. Our Client provides advisory services in the IT sector, mainly for institutions in the financial sector from Poland and abroad.We are looking for individuals with experience working with product teams, capable of independently leading the design process, and demonstrating proactivity and problem-solving skills.

Must have:

• At least 5 years professional experience in product, UI or UX design, ideally as a generalist,
• A solid understanding of UX process and methodologies, ideally coupled with prior experience defining and creating user stories, user personas and user journey diagrams,
• Experience creating high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, coupled with basic proficiency in at least one of the leading design programs (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure etc.),
• A solid grasp of data visualization best practices,
• Exceptional care for detail, clarity and aesthetics,
• Excellent command of English essential to working on international engagements,
• Exceptional communication skills required for day to day coordination with people of diverse backgrounds.

Nice to have:

• Experience closely working with dev teams (front-end / back-end developers, solution architects, etc.),
