Product Owner: AI Sales & Marketing (h/f)

Are you an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in AI initiatives or Sales & Marketing transformation?

emagine has an opportunity for you to lead a short-term AI Proof of Value (PoV) initiative with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• Product Ownership: Proven track record as a Product Owner or Project Lead, ideally within Sales & Marketing or AI-driven initiatives.
• AI & Data-Driven Decision Making: Understanding of how AI can enhance commercial efficiency and customer engagement, with experience translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Digital Transformation: Familiarity with digital tools and strategies that support business innovation and top-line impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT.
• Agile Delivery: Comfortable working independently in a Scrum environment, managing backlog, priorities, and iterative delivery.
• Project Oversight: Experience managing budgets, partner relationships, and evaluating outcomes for potential scaling or integration.
• Remote Working: Experienced working with remote teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English

Key tasks and deliverables:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for an AI PoV project aimed at enhancing commercial efficiency and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to align objectives and ensure value delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the technical team.
• Manage project budget and partner relationships.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Evaluate project outcomes and propose next steps for potential scaling or integration.
• This initiative sits within the Sales & Marketing domain and focuses on demonstrating top-line impact through AI-driven solutions.
