Role Objective
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Manager will oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of EMA’s & Préime’s social media channels. The ideal candidate is mid-level, independent, and well-versed in both content creation and performance analytics. He/she will help scale our digital community, increase brand awareness, and contribute directly to lead generation and business growth.
This role also involves monthly and quarterly planning, performance tracking, and reporting, ensuring all activities are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute content across EMA’s & Préime’s social channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite.
- Develop and maintain a monthly and quarterly content calendar, in coordination with marketing campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand posts, including product highlights, educational content, and community engagement pieces.
- Design visually appealing and engaging content using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent.
- Foster community interaction through timely replies, proactive engagement, and by initiating conversations that drive connection and brand loyalty.
- Grow the digital community, using both organic strategies and targeted paid promotions.
- Plan and manage post boosting and social media advertising, including budget planning and spend tracking, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Support lead follow-up processes by identifying and tracking social-generated leads and ensuring follow-up alignment with commercial teams.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports, including insights, metrics, and actionable recommendations to enhance results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts. Demonstrated success growing and engaging audiences on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- SM Management : Deep understanding of social media KPIs, ad management tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Content Creatives: Strong design capabilities and content creation skills. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.
- AI Integration: Knowledge of and experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance SM presence & activity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with on line audience.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree ( or similar ) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- A background in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness is a strong advantage.
