IT Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage various technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of enterprise software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans using project management software to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage the execution of test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
• Oversee release management processes, ensuring smooth deployment of software updates.
• Utilize Waterfall methodology for structured project execution while adapting to Agile practices as necessary.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues.
• Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes using tools such as Word and Visio for clear reporting.

Experience

• Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on enterprise software development.
• Proficiency in using project management software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of release management processes and best practices.
• Experience creating test cases for quality assurance purposes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
