Senior Product Designer:

Eltropy is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft thoughtful, user-centered design experiences across our suite of products. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with Eltropy’s platform, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and intuitive experience. The ideal candidate is a strong systems thinker, an advocate for design excellence, and a proactive problem solver with a proven portfolio of impactful UX work in SaaS or enterprise environments.

• This position will be 100% remote in India
• Reports to: Lead UX Designer

What You’ll Do

• Own the user experience across the product lifecycle from concept to execution for Eltropy’s growth suite.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define and deliver cohesive, elegant user experiences.
• Help evolve and contribute to the Eltropy Design System, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Leverage human-centered design principles to shape product strategies informed by deep user research and testing.
• Translate research insights into intuitive workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that enhance customer satisfaction and business value.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users and their workflows to design solutions that are seamlessly integrated into their daily operations.
• Take full ownership of your work—managing details, timelines, and decisions to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design from the earliest stages of product development.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably with Enterprise SaaS platforms or B2B products.
• Proven experience designing scalable solutions for complex systems and diverse user groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• A human-first design approach, backed by user research, usability testing, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals; an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and presenting your work clearly to stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration—able to move from low-fidelity sketches to polished mockups.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and a commitment to designing for all users.
• A portfolio (online or PDF) that showcases your best design work and thought process.
