You will lead a cross-functional marketing team that is tasked with Developing and executing integrated strategies that drive brand visibility, demand generation, and digital excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops cross-functional marketing teams, including campaign managers, digital/web staff, content creators, designers, and marketing operations
• Drives cross-departmental planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth, vendor partnerships, and customer engagement across all channels
• Oversees the marketing operations function, including pricing strategy, Product Information Management (PIM), analytics, marketing tech platforms, and cross-team enablement
• Manages the digital/web marketing function, including web development, eCommerce, User Experience (UX), and contractor oversight
• Guides data-driven decision-making through metrics tracking, paid media performance, and marketing attribution analysis

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior marketing role with 5+ years leading marketing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related. Master’s degree in marketing preferred
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools are a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial and market analysis capabilities
• Up to 25% travel domestically and internationally
