I’m Hunter, the CEO of Elk Horn Painting and National Painting Group – where we hire TOP performers.

I’m looking for an ELITE Marketing Manager to manage, optimize and scale our marketing efforts to continue the 40%+ YOY growth trend that we're on.

We know the best people are looking for more than just a paycheck. You're looking for growth, freedom, challenge, and the opportunity to be great.

If you’re the kind of person who loves solving problems, thrives in high-performance environments, and gets energy from staying two steps ahead, let's dive in…

That’s exactly what we offer. And we hope that’s exactly what you are looking for.

Keep Reading This If…

You have a proven track record of generating leads and growing revenue for a home service company.

You love optimizing what's already working – and discovering new ways to scale.

You’re obsessed (and great at) maximizing ROAS, Cost of Marketing and other key marketing metrics.

You thrive on autonomy and don't want to be micromanaged.

You love growing and you want to work with a team that’s hungry, supportive, and constantly growing.

With me so far?

About Us…

I'll do my best to introduce our company and this opportunity. But remember, we'll spend a lot more time in our interview process getting to know each other as this is a critical role.

We have a lot of exciting things happening here - more than I can fit into a job post.

I’m the Co-Owner & CEO of National Painting Group, a holding company which is a portfolio of painting companies across the U.S., where we acquire minority stakes and help businesses scale.

I am also the Owner and CEO of Elk Horn Painting (which is the most successful of the painting companies under the National Painting Group umbrella).

We believe a lot of business is broken and it shouldn’t be that way.

We can create a company where people truly love the work they do, have opportunities to build wildly successful and fulfilling careers… And do it while building a company that makes a meaningful impact on everyone we touch.

Many companies SAY they invest in their people, and we take that to another level. Our companies provide life changing training and development to everyone involved.

National Painting Group generated over $28 million annually and are on track to surpass $35 million this year. Elk Horn Painting is one of the leading companies within the portfolio.

At the same time, I’m a family man, husband to my amazing wife & proud father to my daughter, and deeply connected to my roots in Castle Rock, Co.

This role is critical to keep accelerating the momentum that Elk Horn Painting is currently experiencing.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a new and critical position for our company. Up until now, I (Hunter) have personally led all marketing efforts. We're now ready to bring in someone who can take over day-to-day ownership of all things marketing — and do it better than I can.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our current marketing channels and testing/validating new channels to build out a scalable marketing mix that will support our growth from $7M to $15M+ over the next couple years.

This is a high-execution, high-accountability, high-autonomy role.

We don’t need someone to dream up big ideas and hand them off — we need someone who can build, test, measure, and scale lead generation campaigns that produce results.

You’ll work closely with our vendors, sales leadership, and myself (CEO) to dial in what’s working and double down on it — while also exploring the next wave of scalable, profitable channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and optimize all marketing channels and performance.

Work closely with vendor relationships (SEO, Meta Ads, etc.) to scale these channels while maximizing ROI.

Identify and test new channels for lead generation.

Manage reporting and KPIs for all campaigns.

Collaborate with our sales team to ensure qualified lead flow.

Improve the marketing systems and processes we currently have in place.

Who You Are:

You’ve run marketing for a home service company or a very similar business.

You’ve directly managed or collaborated with vendors.

You’re fluent in digital marketing strategy and hands-on execution.

You’ve scaled a company (from a marketing perspective) from 7 to 8 figures.

You’re a data-driven decision-maker who knows what levers move the needle.

You love growth, performance, and results.

What Winning in This Role Looks Like:

You take full ownership of our Marketing Channels and you scale them while improving ROI.

You improve our appointment volume and cost per appointment.

You identify and validate 1–2 new scalable channels in your first year.

You help drive Elk Horn Painting from $7M to $15M+ over the next couple years — while maintaining or improving our marketing efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary + Bonuses (tied to performance of KPIs): $80,000–$120,000+

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision

Career Growth: Advancement into a Marketing Director and/or the Head of the Marketing Department at National Painting Group

Personal Development: We invest heavily in training & development that transforms your life & career

HOW TO APPLY:

Submit your resume and a cover letter.

In your Cover Letter, please include:

Why are you interested in this job?

Why are you a perfect fit for this role?

We will not consider applicants who do not submit a cover letter.

What Happens Next:

If your application looks like a strong match, I’ll reach out within 3 business days to schedule a call.
