Job Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Planning & Implementation
- Develop and carry out social media strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
- Use cloud-based automation platforms (云控) to efficiently schedule and distribute content across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of social media trends and spot new opportunities.
- Tailor content and campaign approaches for each platform (Meta, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) to maximize engagement and exposure.
2. Content Development & Audience Interaction
- Produce and manage compelling multimedia content including videos, graphics, posts, and stories tailored to the target demographic.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on social media to support user acquisition and conversion goals.
- Actively manage user interactionsmoderating comments, replying to messages, and engaging in community conversations.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Establish key metrics and track performance indicators such as engagement, CTR, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
- Use cloud automation and analytics tools to monitor activity across platforms and fine-tune performance.
- Generate detailed performance reports and deliver insights to improve future content strategies.
- Regularly experiment with new tactics to enhance interaction and drive higher conversions.
4. Collaboration & Online Presence Management
- Partner with influencers, content creators, and collaborators to roll out joint campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, customer support) to ensure brand consistency and enhance reputation.
- Support marketing efforts, game promotions, and special events through synchronized social media outreach.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the iGaming, digital entertainment, or online industries.
- Solid understanding of iGaming culture, industry trends, and player behavior.
- Proven track record managing social platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Telegram, and more.
- Hands-on experience using 云控 tools for automating and managing multi-platform social campaigns.
- Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and executing targeted campaigns.
- Experienced with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Bonus: Experience working with KOLs, influencers, and managing online communities.
