At Elite Legal Marketing, we specialize in helping law firms grow through strategic, high-impact digital marketing. We’re expanding our team and seeking a Social Media Manager with the right blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and legal market savvy. This is a pivotal role responsible for both client-facing interactions and the creative execution of social campaigns.
Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategy
Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients
Lead kickoff calls, ongoing meetings, and strategy sessions
Translate client goals into actionable social media strategies
Build and present creative briefs that align with legal industry standards
Content & Campaign Development
Collaborate with internal designers, videographers, editors, and writers to create high-performing social media content
Ensure all creative assets align with the client’s brand, tone, and regulatory requirements
Draft and schedule posts across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
Reporting & Optimization
Track performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations to clients
Continuously improve content and ad strategies based on performance data and evolving platform trends
