Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing automation, performance optimisation, and SEO. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creativity and analytics to produce measurable impact and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Leadership and Automation
- Lead and scale multi-channel digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
- Design and optimise marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Zapier to enhance lead conversion and customer engagement.
SEO and Website Optimisation
- Drive SEO initiatives focused on website optimization, content strategy, and conversion rate improvements.
- Conduct targeted keyword research to identify high-intent transactional keywords relevant to our training courses and program categories, boosting visibility and enrollment.
Analytics, Reporting, and Strategic Insights
- Utilise analytics and forecasting tools to guide strategy, track performance, and maximise ROI.
- Manage reporting and insights through digital analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, automation, analytics, SEO, website optimisation, and content performance
- Strong hands-on expertise across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Tableau, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Adobe Analytics
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Proven success in improving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Skilled in managing budgets to achieve business goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex SEO concepts and the "why" behind your strategy.
